EPOXY MORTAR : ANTI-ACID AND ANTI-SLIP IN THE MASS
This resin is not a liquid resin which often has a bad reputation in the industry, it is a monolayer mortar based on epoxy resin and quartz , an anti-acid and non-slip floor covering in the mass .
In comparison with multilayer coatings (sprinkling on the surface of quartz maintained by a thin topcoat), our mortar is non-slip throughout. This allows it to always keep the same grain size over time . Very high resistance to heavy traffic . It also ensures high impact resistance, punching and shifting.
High resistance to alkalis , acids , cleaning products, fruit juices etc…
APPLICATION AREAS
- Slaughterhouses, Triperies and Cutting plant
- Meat processing
- Industry fishing
- Fruit and vegetable processing
- Confectionery, Chocolate factory
- Or any other type of soil exposed to moisture, chemicals and heavy traffic
MORTAR POLYURETHANE-CEMENT : ANTI-ACID & ANTI-SLIP R11
This resin is slightly non-slip which facilitates cleaning while maintaining maximum resistance to acids and heavy loads.
It is also suitable for areas with thermal stress from minus 40 ° C to plus 140 ° C.
APPLICATION AREAS
- Bakery and pastry shop
- Creamery, Dairy
- Cheese factory
- Packaging of food and drink products
- Pharmaceutical, chemical industry
- Or any other type of floor exposed to chemicals that requires non-slip with ease of cleaning
OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Possibility of creating slope shapes or modifying existing slopes for better water drainage with an epoxy screed.
The + of the epoxy screed is in its ability to withstand the heaviest loads while having no thickness constraints, recoverable in 24 hours.
No gap or extra thickness between the completed parts and the unrealized parts because we carry out a lowering of the existing soil at this level as well as any gutters or outlets (the new coating comes flush).
The products in our range are also and above all suitable for humid rooms and environments which require frequent cleaning.
CRAFTS AT THE SERVICE OF INDUSTRY
FRANCE EPOXY INDUSTRIE has developed a whole chain of work steps allowing the coating to be welded to the support.
“It is impossible to separate our resin from concrete”
In this way, high performance final floors are created for the service of small workshops to the largest European and World industries.
